Company Technology

Advanced Live Marine Storage and Holding Systems

The bulk holding tanks are constructed with vacuum-sealed double fibreglass wall that contains a poured polyurethane insulation core, making them perfect insulators, whilst also making them structurally strong. All PVC pipes and vessels have a high level of vapour-sealed insulation to reduce running costs. The design of the complete live tank system can be run totally on solar power. The tanks employ a sophisticated intelligent control monitoring system that provides peace of mind when holding and storing any marine products. This results in being able to catch, store and sell some of the freshest seafood in the world, consistently and confidently to even the most fastidious international customers.

Marine Breeding on Farming Solutions

The company utilises advanced, innovative, and proven marine breeding and farming technologies to successfully deliver its community based marine solution venture. These systems represent just one example of the high quality technologies available within the company’s operational framework.

Our long term vision is to develop a community based marine solution, combining the breeding and farming of selected marine species with the responsible harvesting of wild stocks. Through the application of modern technology and best practice methods, marine farming can become a fully sustainable and commercially successful industry.

Our team is committed to driving the rollout and ongoing development of both land based and ocean based marine farming throughout the South Fly Province.

Empower Communities Through Training and Ownership

Australian innovation has once again addressed the environmental challenges associated with polystyrene packaging by introducing a specialised high performance cardboard box system.

This advanced solution incorporates a fully natural insulation material that is environmentally friendly while outperforming traditional polystyrene alternatives, keeping seafood produce colder for longer during storage and transport.

Underwater Camera Survey Systems

Video and image based monitoring in marine environments offer valuable opportunities to conduct research in areas that are difficult for humans to access. These methods provide several advantages over traditional diver based monitoring.

They allow observation of marine life in parts of the ocean beyond the reach of divers, helping to reduce observer bias. As a no take approach, they enable sampling in sensitive areas without disturbance, remaining harmless to fish and their habitats. They also create a permanent visual record for future reference and quality assurance, while supporting easy sharing of information between our team and stakeholders.

In addition, these techniques reduce the amount of time divers need to spend in the water, lowering personal risk and increasing overall sampling capacity.

Our teams utilise a range of image based monitoring techniques in tropical marine environments, including baited remote underwater video stations and towed video systems.
